Schools and teachers
Teaching sessions at the Museum give students the opportunity to touch specimens during a 'hands-on' session led by one of our specialist education officers. Students get a unique insight into the natural world, and can have fun learning science national curriculum topics, and exploring the Museum's displays.
Free to all schools!
The sessions are available free to schools, but need to be booked well in advance as they are very popular. Schools may also visit without participating in our education programme, but must still book in advance.
